Standard returns

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email mail@thepocketwizard.com with your order details before sending anything back. Return shipping is at buyer's expense.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. If material or manufacturing defects are found, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price. Damages during shipping are not refunded.

Refunds

Approved refunds are reimbursed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return and confirming the issue.

Orders we cannot fulfill

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe in ourShipping policy, we will offer a revised ship date or cancel the order for a full refund, including shipping paid.
