Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment clears. Custom items may take longer; the product pages will note discrepancies when applicable.

Delivery timeframe

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, we ship within 3-5 days of order acceptance. Transit time depends on the carrier, shipping options, and destination, and is separate from processing time.

Shipping cost

Enter your address on the cart page and choose a rate before checkout. Shipping is shown in your order total before you pay. We do not add shipping charges after checkout without your consent.

Carriers and tracking

We ship via carriers available through our shipping provider (typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Tracking is emailed when your label is created.

International orders

International shipping may be available at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. Product pages include customs information where applicable.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the timeframe above, we will contact you to agree on a new date or cancel for a full refund. See Returns & Refunds.
